So a few weeks ago I was notified by my computer that it was being checked for an upcoming OS upgrade. So when I was later notified that it was available, I told it to go ahead.
What MicroSoft didn't tell me is that the new OS version was not compatible with my computer, and it totally wiped out the SSD. All programs and data files gone.
Having just done a presentation on Customer Experience Management for an organization, I sure understand that MicroSoft has no interest in whether their customers' experiences are good or bad.
