When I read this article on the Microsoft delimma (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2417855,00.asp) I couldn’t help but laugh. How to major corporations make such mistakes … ignoring their customers? Reminds me of the Coca Cola snafu.
Guess Microsoft was just thinking about their future customers … children who are into pictures/visuals/color. Most of us adults would rather just go directly to what we want, rather than have to drill down through levels based a hierarchy designed by computer geeks.
