I don’t know about other folks but I can put up with some glitches, while others are just too outlandish to even consider a slight mistake.
I made a rental car reservation thru Orbitz, which I do quite often. This time I reserved one at the San Diego airport (or so I thought).
When I got there the rental car folks said, "No, that’s at an off-site location." Another couple in front of us had just run into the same issue.
So Orbitz just decides to find any rental car site in San Diego, and quote that even though I’ve specifically specified the airport.
I just cancelled my account with them. No forgiveness for such a bizarre act!
