Just completed some work with US Postal Service, and boy was I impressed. They are way ahead of most commercial industry in the digital transformation.
And it helped me realize how much work it takes for them to execute their mission as well as they do, day after day, year after year, etc.
And the knowledge level of course attendees (from information systems) made it an easy one to do. Just adding to their competencies instead of having to build them from the ground up.
If everything goes right it’ll be off to the Air Force next.
