I’ve always viewed facilitation skills as one of the best skill sets to have in a business setting. Unfortunately, too many of them have appeared "canned," just giving mneumonics or other general (or often very biased) recommendations.
However, here’s one I would be willing to highly recommend, based on my exposure to other training provided by the organization.
