As you may (or may not) know I’ve been speaking on the use of analytics by quality auditors for some time now. Usually find that people are interested in the concept and potential value, but don’t know how many of them have tried it.
Recently ran into an article that summarizes it pretty well, although it’s focused on GRC audits. But same basic concepts, tools, etc. apply.
